All uploaded content must comply with legal standards. Any misuse, infringement, or illegal sharing will result in immediate account suspension.

• “Service” refers to the web hosting and computer IT services provided.

• “You,” “Your,” or “Client” means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service, Hosting, or Server on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, Hosting, or Server.

• “Server” refers to Telegraphic.Cloud’s web servers.

• “Hosting” refers to the website and hosting provided by Telegraphic.Cloud.

Disclaimer

In no event shall Telegraphic.Cloud be liable for any financial, special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, Hosting, or Servers.

Telegraphic.Cloud reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of the Servers and Hosting at any time without prior notice for the purpose of maintenance or legal requirement. Telegraphic.Cloud makes extensive efforts with virus scanning, firewall, and security protection. However, Telegraphic.Cloud does not warrant that the Server is free of viruses or other harmful components due to the ever-changing world of IT security and Server/Hosting exploitation.

Content and Links Disclaimer

The Service, Hosting, and Server may contain content or links to external websites not provided, maintained, or affiliated with Telegraphic.Cloud. Telegraphic.Cloud does not guarantee the accuracy, security, or legitimacy of any information on these Hosting or external websites.

No Responsibility Disclaimer

In no event shall Telegraphic.Cloud or its suppliers be liable for any financial, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your access, use, or inability to access or use the Service, Hosting, or the Server.

Consent

By using our Service, Server, Hosting, or Nextcloud, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Your Undertakings & Obligations

You may not use the Servers or any other Hosting and Services for unlawful or inappropriate purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Distribution of viruses, spyware, malware, or any other form of code designed to cause harm or nuisance to hardware or software or to obtain data without consent.

• Distribution of pirated material including, but not limited to software, movies, music, and written works; and Distribution of obscene or illegal material including that which is pornographic, abusive, threatening, malicious, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, or that which encourages criminal activities.

• You may not use your storage to link to any other sites or systems hosting any material described above.

You must ensure that any and all activity conducted through Telegraphic.Cloud in relation to the collection of personal information complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

You recognise that available bandwidth is limited, and that Telegraphic.Cloud may limit access to any large amounts of material made available through the Servers to maintain a reasonable level of service to Telegraphic.Cloud’s other clients.

You agree not to use the Servers for bandwidth-intensive activities, including the distribution or serving of video files, audio files, and downloadable digital assets. Your Service that incorporates these types of activities should utilise a suitable third-party storage provider to deliver these assets using a method that ensures Telegraphic.Cloud’s network does not incur the bandwidth associated with these activities.
